I put these two pics together today and couldn't believe what I saw!!
- who used to work out for two weeks and QUIT
- who had the no confidence
- who ate a bowl of ice cream a day
- could eat a big bag of chips in one sitting THEN feel guilty about it
- who was making changes but really didn't know where to start
Is seeing hard work pay off. Is seeing RESULTS!
Am I perfect? LOL NO! Umm I love bread and probably eat too much of it lol BUT
- I made a promise to myself that I wouldn't have any more "before" pics, that I wouldn't go back to feeling
- I eat clean 85% of the time
- I chose a program with a plan, push play and take it one day at a time
- I have the kind of support that won't let you give up
- & I feel GOOD from the inside out with confidence I've never had before!
