The program really does keep it simple, but looking at the lists of what you can have and then trying to think of recipes that are 21 Day Fix Approved, can seem daunting!
Once you go through a week, the prepping doesn't seem as bad and you really get a handle on what portion sizes look like for you without even using the containers.
