I'm going to miss my Shakeology, but it's a small price to pay for the end result and Ahhhh I'm so ready!!
Already thinking of what I will eat on Monday lol nothing too crazy though! I'm the worst at actually cheating on my cheat days, especially after putting in all the hard work!
The prep was so simple for this quick fix!! I just needed a few things, cooked in bulk, and will portion them out as I need them for meals. Want to check out my grocery list? Here you go:
3-Day Quick Fix Grocery List:
- Large package of chicken breasts (I got 6 just to make sure I didn't have another grocery run)
- Ground Turkey
- One package frozen Cod
- Yams (can find these frozen in select stores)
- Frozen steamable bags of veggies (picked my favorites from the allowable list)
- Red Bell Peppers
- Cucumbers
- Organic liquid egg whites
- Coconut Oil
- Limes
- Mrs. Dash (choose your favorite spice flavor)
I seasoned the chicken (remember NO SALT) and grilled them, cooked the ground turkey to portion out, steamed the fish and froze them, left the veggies frozen since they are a quick fix, and chopped up the cucumbers and red bell peppers for a little salad to mix things up! It took me less than an hour to do and I'm ready to eat EVERY TWO HOURS for the quick fix!
So far I feel like I've been eating constantly, but hey I'm not hungry and feel even more energized for the double workouts! Autumn Calabrese knows what she is doing so I definitely trust this will work! Can't wait to show you my end results! Check back on Monday!!
