Can't believe how fast a week goes by!! Even more, I can't believe how easy it was to stick with the meal plan AND workout every single day! I've been looking forward to giving my thoughts on how my first week went. Why? Because I get to show you that it is a lot easier than it may seem to be, and I get to show you just how good you can look and feel with just 7 days of the program!

How crazy is that?! I am not only seeing a difference in the way I look, but the way I feel. The more I learn about food and how much you can use it to HELP your body, the more I appreciate what this program is doing for me and so many others using it. I am eating WHOLE foods. Foods that I have to prepare from it's all-natural state instead of quick fixes from a can or a box. Just eliminating processed foods can work wonders for ANYONE that tries it, but to have a program that guides me in just how to do it and how much to eat of it is such a blessing!
Like I have mentioned in previous posts, you are given 7 color coded containers that each represent a different food group you will be eating. You are given a list of foods you are allowed to eat so you can choose your favorites and create a meal plan just the way you like it. You'll be surprised just how much you are allowed to eat! Plus there are plenty of "free" foods you can have and even some delicious recipes for goodies when you have that sweet tooth.
Oh and my favorite part?! Wine and chocolate are not on the naughty list!! Yes! I have chocolate and wine last week, enjoyed every bit, and still have results! Why?! Autumn Calabrese is a single, working mom so she knows that life can be busy. Being busy doesn't mean you can't be healthy. It just means you have to plan ahead a little bit more! Prepping takes time, but once it's done it saves you so much time! Not only that, it increases the chances of you staying on track! Tupperware and the freezer will become your best friend in the process and during your craziest days you'll be so glad you took the couple hours to prep and store your food!
What do you need: Light and heavy set of weights or resistance bands, towel, water, and a yoga mat (optional)
>> Day 1 is Total Body Cardio Fix and it was tough! There are awesome modifications, but I decided to push myself and use 10lb weights. I figure I'm all in for these 21 days!
>> Day 2 was Upper Fix which is exactly what it says it is! A great workout focused on our upper body and you can feel it sculpting your arms as they burn with every move! You'll have those sexy arms for your sundress in no time with this workout!
>> Day 3 is Lower FIX! Oh my legs and but were screaming as I was verbally yelling "Woo!" which made my son laugh of course! You will feel it doing some serious WORK to your lower half which is always a good thing! I was feeling it the next day, but was not complaining! I mean, who doesn't want a great workout to lean out their butt and thighs!!!
>> Day 4 is Pilates and it was a lot of fun. I got worked once again, but I learned some new moves and enjoyed the stretching that came a long with the workout. My muscles loved it too!
>> Day 5 was Cardio FIX and it was a great way for me to work up a sweat! I love mixing cardio in with weight training in any form because I know it's helping me burn fat and getting that heart rate up always feels good!
>> Day 6 is the Dirty 30 workout. 4 rounds of 8 exercises! It was a full body workout that reminded me of Total Body Circuit from T25 that I love so much! Every move had its purpose and you could feel all your muscles burning. You know what that means?! Full body transformation in the works!
>> Day 7 is the yoga fix and it could not come at a more perfect time! You are challenged with balance, flexibility, and strength, while also increasing circulation and speeding the healing of your muscles. I turned on the Enya Pandora station and got to work. I focused on my breathing, the relaxing music, and really connecting with my body after it had let me do so much the past 6 days!

This is just the BEGINNING! I canNOT wait to see what the next two weeks will bring me. I am learning so much about food, portion control, workouts, and myself. I am ready to push myself even more so I can get the results I've been looking for. This program is just what I needed to reignite my love for fitness, really just adding fuel to the already burning fire!!
