The ups and downs that come along with learning what to eat to get the results you're looking for can be really frustrating! For me, portion control is my biggest struggle. I eat healthy foods 90% of the time but not always enough of it during the day which leads to me eating too much of it at night! See the problem?! I know something has to change and the time is NOW. Bikini season is coming and I am NOT going to be held back from wearing a new, cute bikini this year!
