Makes 2 glasses full
INGREDIENTS:
> 3/4 c. raw cashews (I roasted mine)
> 2 c. water
> 1 frozen banana
> 2 Tbs coconut oil, melted
> 1 Tb agave nectar (leave out if avoiding sugar)
> 1 tsp vanilla extract
> 1 tsp ground nutmeg
> 1/2 tsp cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
- Soak cashews for 2-3 hours
- Drain the water from the soaked cashews and place in a high speed blender. Add 2 c. water and blend until smooth
- Add remaining ingredients and blend for another 1-2 minutes until completely smooth.
- Pour into glasses and dust with nutmeg
