My mindset has completely changed since then! I now strive to get stronger instead of skinnier. I work towards doing more push ups than last week, conquering the pull up bar, or mastering new moves that I've been working on and let me tell you....the difference in how I feel about myself is irreplaceable!
So I encourage you to strive to be better and stronger than you were yesterday instead of focusing on your weight or size. Let getting smaller and toning up just be an awesome side effect! :)
