I know I have goals to reach and people to stay accountable to so even when the motivation isn’t there I know I have to get up and make it happen! I have to get up and JUST DO IT! That’s what my next challenge group in April is all about!
It will be a group for all of us who are ready to establish a healthy daily routine. Creating SOLUTIONS instead of excuses and making time to JUST DO IT:
(1) 30 minute workouts
(2) healthy eating
(3) personal development
This Challenge Group is not for everyone >>sorry! <<-- it's only for 5 ladies who are ready to MAKE A CHANGE and decide that for 21 days they will make healthy habits more of a priority. Ladies who don't want to drag themselves out of bed but KNOW they will be happier if they do. Ladies who have NO TIME to workout unless they set aside time. Ladies who have been telling themselves FOR MONTHS they will "start tomorrow." Ladies who put everyone else before themselves because it’s just what we do.
