I have knots in my stomach and I can't help but share this song with you because the message is something I wish I would have heard YEARS ago! If you don't know my story and why I love helping women feel their best the healthy way, you can read it >>HERE!<<
The message I take away from this song? You don't have to try so hard to please everyone else and to look like someone you're not. Don't break yourself down and beat yourself up because of what society says you're supposed to look like. You're supposed to look like the beautiful person God created you to be and that person is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!
I'm starting to cry again as I write this because the road I was not too long time ago was nowhere near the same place I am today. I thank God for what I learned from it, how much I continue to grow today!
I love the chance I get every day to help women get HEALTHY so they can be the best version of themselves. I run challenge groups every month, not because I want to make women feel like they aren't good enough (because I believe with every bone in my body they are more than enough), but because I know that getting healthy can do more for your than just help you fit in a smaller size. It's about how good they can FEEL from the inside out!
Make up or no make up, I know my challengers have a chance to feel their best and that makes my heart and soul feel so happy and fulfilled!
This past year, after starting challenge groups and working on myself from the inside out, I can finally say I see the beauty in me which I couldn't say out loud for the longest time! I want that for every woman who hasn't felt that before! Was it only because of challenge groups and getting a chance to help women feel empowered, no, but I can say it played a HUGE role in changing my life COMPLETELY!
So thank you to all my challengers, past and present, for being part of something so incredible! I hope you leave my challenge groups stronger, more confident, and feeling better than ever before because you deserve just that ♥♥♥
